I was unable to find any firmware update to that FX900 series.
That controller came out in 2020 and possibly one of these tools might provide some information
You may need to be a member of reddit to get the entire list
Looking at the errors provided by that pc part place l am guessing that the SSD wakes up and has all its SMARTs reset.
There is actually a fix for that.
scroll down to the last post by PanosLin where it is shown how to disable the sleeping.
