Hi All,

My HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk10000 Laptop PC battery drain about 22% per day when shut down without connected with any USB device. 

After i power off the laptop & leave it for 4 days never use the battery only remain 11-12%.

I did the HP diagnose pc hardware test for battery the result is normal.

Pls advise any solution for my battery drain quickly.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

The steps outlined in the following link have helped me out.  Please skip the commercial "Restoro PC Repair Tool" advertisement balderdash.  Restoro has a "free" option that doesn't do much, and then tries to scam off the 'full' snake oil version on the user. -Anyway, my apologies: I digressed.

hello,

 

you should disable usb charging during power sleep or power off in the BIOS.
