I bought this laptop new, and when closing the screen one day, screws came out and bits of broken plastic came out everywhere!. It hasn't been dropped and the screen itself is coming out of the plastic casing!!! It's really dangerous and something I've never, ever seen before. It's warranty expired at the end of October 2019. This happened in June of 2020! Unbelievable! Surely this is a manufacturing defect not a warranty issue? This will cost a fortune to fix -- and I just got laid off.
I can't get a hold of anyone at HP support. Is there anyone that can help me with this?

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
