I have been trying to reach out to the HP Redemption Cell regarding the delivery of offer "1 Year Accidental Damage Protection" that I purchased along with the Laptop.

Bought the Laptop in December end 2019 and its been 5 months but still haven't got the copy of the offer.

Even after repeated reminders, no one seems to be responding.

Would request somebody on this forum to help me on this.
