I'm having the same problem with my Spectre 360. Tried HP Support Assistant, but like a previous post reported, Bluetooth was not restored after updating the Intel Serial driver. Hope a fix is available soon!

I have a very similar issue although in my case its just the bluetooth mouse that stopped working. I deleted it and now I can not pair it again. I can pair the mouse to other devices and I can pair other bluetooth devices just not a mouse. I have uninstalled bluetooth , deleted and reinstalled drivers to no avail. has anyone managed to solve this yet?

If your bluetooth is working (go to bluetooth and see if it is 'on') then I am guessing that is a different issue.
For us bluetooth is turned off. Not working in any form.
Maybe try downloading/resintalling the drivers for your mouse or contact the mouse manufacturer for tech support.

Microsoft released a patch on March 5. Should be 3rd file in list for most in this thread:

For those still having issues, have you tried the solution on the Intel forum? It worked flawlessly for me.

Yes, that worked flawlessly for me too! Thanks!
Here is a direct link to the Bluetooth driver:

Hi everyone,
In the last few hours, I tried every workaround solution I have been able to find in the HP forum, to no avail.
The only thing that worked for me was the following:
Make sure you have some version of intel bluetooth software installed. Then, download the latest update from intel's website (20.40.0 at this moment). Now, you have to uninstall the version you have installed, whichever it is, but don't do it from the windows panel. Open the installer you just downloaded and uninstall it from there! This simply action immediatly prompted Windows on my computer to finally recognize the bluetooth device. Finally, install the bluetooth software from the file you downloaded.
Hope it helps.
