HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need to talk with a HP customer service as daughter's Spectre won't run.  Geek Squad said it might be a motherboard problem costing $350-$550+ to repair.  I have seen others with this problem. I think HP needs to recall this or repair.  Any suggestions on who to contact? Product worked night before.( purchased from best buy 11//24/2017)
