HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea1000 (446B8AV)

I have owned the HP Spectre x360 from June 2022 to now,  and I had a warranty on the product for 1 year. The left hinge began to loosen around mid-2024, which was appalling since the laptop was JUST TWO YEARS OLD! Soon after, my OLED display started flickering, and I got worried about it so I took it into the shop. After paying about $100 for the "investigation" of what was wrong with the computer,  I found out that the loose hinge led to serious damage to the OLED wire that runs from the screen to the main computing system and I would have to fully replace the OLED screen as it is sold as 1 whole part without component replacements.

I believe HP should take some sort of responsibility with this hinge issue and I am writing to get in contact with an HP member about this. I have called HP regarding possibly getting support with this issue, but they have denied responsibility since this computer is out of warranty. I believe that the hinge issue should not be compromising the entire laptop just 2 years into use and would like to speak to a representative about this.

Thank you and hope to connect soon.
