Was using my laptop, low batt notification came on, plugged in the original HP charger and and was working fine. About 10 minutes later, the computer switched off and wont charge or turn back on. 

 

I've left the device plugged in (in case it was just extremely low battery) but its been a day and the device still wont turn on. 

 

Other people seem to have reported the same issues  here.

 

Requesting assistance from someone at HP.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
I understand the HP Spectre x360 notebook stopped charging and now not powering on. 

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03518165, the issue persists it could be a hardware failure.
