HP Truevision HD Camera not working on my laptop HP 14-dk1022wm under windows 11 OS. The webcam comes on but not accessible in either start menu, taskbar. or even in apps. The webcam was accessible under windows 10. I didn't commit fully to Windows 11 until now. Before I kept some Windows 10 features. The laptop is H1UQ8AD4 and serial number is [edit]. The only place where I see that the camera is working is where you give the apps access to it,

I found a solution by creating a Windows 10 or 11 Media creation tool whereby a clean windows picks up those missing whatever, in ths case, my HP Truevison HD camera and my dropbox. I'm not a tech so I can't give you a play by play.
