Constantly facing high CPU temperatures (>120F)
Did Fan Speed and Fan Thermal check - They passed.
Something is causing the temps to go high and the fans become noisy.
Requesting help. I would like to get this laptop (HP Victus 15.6" Intel I7, NVIDIA 3050) tested.

Thank you for the suggestions!
After doing the above steps, the temperatures mostly revolve around 108-114F during 0-2% CPU utilization.
However, as per HP's specs, idle temp above 95 F is not normal. So I will be returning the laptop and getting a new one. Thanks again for your help! I hope the issue will be fully resolved on the new laptop.

Hello @pbharadwaj33
You should go to a notebook store and look at different brands and models and "test" them with your own hands and then make a decision. It should not be the cheapest or most expensive notebook !
Kind regards
