HP Zbook Firefly 15 G7 Mobile Workstation (8WS03AV)

One of the keys on my keyboard started lifting up a little. I was able to press it back down and it seemed to "re-seat," but then it would pop up again on a slant (bottom edge down, top edge up). I thought perhaps there was something askew or out of place that needed to be corrected. With past HP computers I've owned, I could use a thin screwdriver and pry the key cover up and out, align back in place, press down, and it would snap back into place.

This isn't happening. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can't get the key cover to secure back into place. I don't see anything that's broken. Any tips on how to remedy this? Thanks!

Just following up. HP Support acknowledged that the key cannot be replaced individually. The swivel bracket was partially damaged, a small piece of plastic missing, so the key could never be reseated. HP doesn't provide that little bracket separately. The whole keyboard needed replacement! And unfortunately, the keyboard is riveted to the top bezel... so that whole part requires replacing. HP had me send it in for replacement.
