I purchased my hp around 2017 and the warranty ended around January 1st. When my laptop stopped charging when I powered it on, I purchased an extended warranty only to be told that the warranty wouldn't cover any repair due to the fact that the issue occurred outside of warranty time. Despite the fact, this was never told to me when I went over the terms and conditions to make sure I could have my pc repaired. I already attempted reinstalling the battery software from Device manager and removed the battery and even a different compatible ac adapter to no avail. What should I do next?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

HP doesn't seem to have real people. I purchased a HP Pavilion laptop for my high school daughter with extended warranty - 18 months later the battery doesn't seem to charge properly and the laptop stops working in the first period of school. When I try to lodge this issue online HP says I dont' have a warranty .... but I have looked up the machine's serial number and it is still in warranty. Please could HP contact me ... I have no idea where to turn ... you don't even have a phone number for me to call ... you don't even have an online form for me to fill out ... you have a weird "shopping suzy icon" that doesn't understand English and tries to search a database that is irrelevant.
Your urgent reply is required - my child requires this tool for her education.
