I purchased my hp around 2017 and the warranty ended around January 1st. When my laptop stopped charging when I powered it on, I purchased an extended warranty only to be told that the warranty wouldn't cover any repair due to the fact that the issue occurred outside of warranty time. Despite the fact, this was never told to me when I went over the terms and conditions to make sure I could have my pc repaired. I already attempted reinstalling the battery software from Device manager and removed the battery and even a different compatible ac adapter to no avail. What should I do next?
