HP ENVY x360 - 15-cn1001nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, I am writing on this forum because my hp envy is giving me some hardware problems:

-Very bad battery (1-2 hours without doing anything)

-When I power on my laptop (and when I use my laptop), it makes very loud sounds (it seems a hum)

-Very fast fan without stressing cpu

-There are some white stains on the screen (visible especially on black color)

How can I solve these factory defects? I would want to change laptop but I don't know to do it.

I'm sorry for some language errors, thank you so much.

When did you buy it?

Hi, I bought it on amazon.it during the prime days (16 July 2019)

OK so if you have a return privilege to the seller do it. If not you need to make an HP warranty claim which you cannot do here on the Forum. I will flag the post and see if help from HP employees comes in.

@Carmine1

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
