Hello.

 

Check that your laptop charger is powerful enough to charge the laptop.

 

Laptop has power requirements printed on the bottom cover. Make sure your charger has the same voltage and matches or exceeds the amperage / wattage requirements.

 

Your charger may also have developed a fault. Test with another charger.
