Spectre x360 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a Spectre x360 13t (within the last 30 days) and I've noticed a visible issue with the alignment of the base and lid. I'm worried that this will eventually present an issue with the lid and base making contact when closing, as it is pretty uneven when open and the two come very close when closing the lid. I've spent a decent amount of time customizing the system, so an exchange at this point would be less than ideal. Are there any fixes for this?

@Rumzey

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Can you update us on what happens?

I have had to exchange about three Spectre x360 13 because the base of the hinges was missalligned.

I know previous Spectres had allighnment screws near the hinges to allign them, the bottom had to be open to adjust it.
