I have not received any sort of direct message on here

I just ordered my park I need on Amazon. I'm done with HP. I am also going to cancel my ink by mail. My printer is older so maybe time to go with a Lexmark.

I just ordered the part I think I need for mine ...I went through Amazon.

They still haven't sent me a message. I canceled my Instant Ink subscription. I wasn't able to cancel the order I had in on my wife's laptop in time before it shipped. By the time it gets here it will be too close to Christmas to get one from another company. As far as my HP printer goes...I am going to see if I can refill the cartridges and if not I get a printer from another company. HP will never see another dollar from me.

they finally direct messaged me on here, I responded to them and have yet to get a response back... I doubt i will this seems overly inefficient of a support service. I get that we are dealing with out of warranty issues but when the problem is a major design flaw that the company knows about but isn't fixing it's ridiculous
