To better assist you can you please provide the product/model number of your laptop? If you're not sure how to do this I've included a document on how to find it.

I have an HP Pavilion Product # N3Y33UA#ABA with Windows 10 - I need to know how to permanently disable the touchpad - I can disable it but when I reboot the computer it comes back.

Hi, I have the same issue - reinstalls after reboot, & for me, therein lies the issue; via Device Manageer, I am not gven the option to DIsable, only to Uninstall, which only works for the subsuqent reboot, after tham the next reboot just reinstalls it.

Any help will be appreciated - thanks so much!
