HP Recommended

i'm not sure what fsome of you have but i have a HP 15-ac143wm and it also was driving me crazy to turn off the touch pad. i did fond something helpful.. go to control panel and then under hardware... you will see mouse then you will see the touchpad name click on it and then it should say disable wile external mouse is plug in. Ihope it helpful to someone.snip and tool 1.PNG
