I don't know

I dropped my laptop. It has a carepack agreement. I would like to get it fixed. What do I do? Who do I call? HP makes it easy to buy a carepack, but not easy to use it.

Does the Carepack cover accidental damage? Usually costs extra.

When I first bought an agreement for my laptop, this is what they sold me, literally cut and pasted from the document they sent me:

HP 2 year Pickup and Return Support w/Accidental Damage Protection for HP 15 17 / Pav 10 NB

Last October, they sent me a renewal, which to me means it extends the same coverage, based on the language they used in the offer. This is the language of the header of the email: "HP Care Pack Renewal Offer ***DO NOT REPLY***" This is what they sold me:

22F-1 year post warranty pickup and return

So to my chagrine I discovered that the damage would not be covered on my laptop. Thank you for the link though.
