I did a test called system test and it showed me a failure id.. I checked it shows that I needed to replace my battery do I really?? I mean its not working properly so what kind of battery should I buy and from where should I buy? my pc is HP Notebook LAPTOP-EUCCC27O.

Hello, on this models series he has few batteries models so we need to have the reference of your battery.
For this you need to power off your PC, remove the battery and check the reference on it, probably indicates in a label on your battery "HP parts" or "HP Replace".
After you can use this reference to find a new battery, and if you can it is recommend to use an original HP battery.
