When I check my keyboard status I found Code 19 I flowed these steps
registry Editor from Windows 11 search box on the taskbar
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e96b-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
type name: default = data: keyboard
type name: UpperFilters = data: kbdclass and save
And device manager reinstalls the keyboard driver
update from Windows 11 and restart. It was not easy for me but as a result, I can use my keyboard and touchpad.
