HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr0011dx
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Envy x360 15m-dr0011dx and I have upgraded it to 16gb of ram and I know that the maximum ram capacity is 32gb problem is, I don't know what type of RAM speed I can get since when I upgraded this laptop from 8gb of RAM to 16gb of RAM it wouldn't boot and I had to use a different ram brand so pretty much like, 2 DDR4 Teamgroup 8gb RAM (making 16gb) installed will cause my computer not boot but when I use 1 DDR4 Teamgroup 8gb RAM and another brand that is 8gb, it boots just fine, both of the ram sticks are running at 3200Mhz and I feel like it has to do something with the ram speed that makes my laptop not boot when I have 2 DDR4 Teamgroup Rams installed, any help? Screenshot 2024-08-05 234044.png

You can check yourself using the following steps

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

Thanks it says 32gb but is there a way to find out what type of ram speed my laptop motherboard can handle like 3200Mhz or 2400Mhz?
