I decided to just bring my pc to the repair shop in my area. The guy got it fixed for about an hour without breaking the case or the hinge. He said the plastic inside that's holding the hinge have snapped and so, he replaced that and fixed both hinges and also applying some lubricant cos the hinges are too stiff. Now, I can open and close the lid smoothly like never before.
