Hello, we have recently purchased a bk002ne laptop from a friend of ours and wanted to place an SSD. We found one we thought would work but after inserting it, the laptop can't seem to see it. Is there any reason why this might be?
The SSD in question is a patriot PCle Gen3 X4 m.2 SSD with 480gb of ram. Is this incompatible or have we missed something/placed it in incorrectly ect? It just doesn't seem to want to be recognised and I can't find much other information online. Thank you!

Hi @MallowJelly
The issue is, it does not support M.2 NVME disks, you can only put M.2 SATA-3 disks, any size you want.
