Have had the same issue, my back cover for the laptop is now completely bent out of shape and the side clips snapped off, could you please DM me as well.

I also have a bloated battery for my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx and it has split the sides of my laptop and cannot find a replacement battery in your parts store or from a third party site.  My laptop is about 2 years old.  Please contact me as well so I may get this issue resolved.

I have the same issue with my battery and I purchased what looked like a genuine battery on eBay but shows the invalid warnings. I'd like a new battery ASAP.

I also have this same issue.  The bloated battery cracked the back tabs off the cover and now the space bar sticks as well.  Where can we get a new battery and back panel?
