Hp spectre battery 928372 855 bloated issue

My battery bloated for HP spectre 360 15 ch011dx . This is only almost 2 yrs old. 

Saw in the forums others got the same experience for this battery model 928372 855

I dont know if i should buy the same battery model and im afraid it might happen again. I hope there is already an upgraded one.

HP must supply a new battery at no cost even if the laptop is beyond 1 year warranty

Please add me to the list. I have the same issue,  the swelling has affected the space bar which now only works intermittently when pressed right in the centre.

I have less of an issue in replacing the battery myself than I do with the fact that the batteries are not available from HP. I have searched the internet for batteries, the few places that suggest they provide them do not look reputable and plenty of evidence of reviews of very poor experiences and long delays. 

I need laptop for work and have a constant concern of reliability on this one (Spectre x360 15-ch0008) so I will have to buy a new one after only 2 years which is annoying as this was expensive. HP is not high on my list if this experience doesn't improve.

Please help.

I have the same issue.  Where can i buy a new battery ?  928372-855 from what the manual says for my 15-ch001dx.

However, the HP parts site doesn't have it.

Also, need a new bottom cover, as the bloated battery destroyed that.  HP Parts site sold me the wrong part (searched by serial number, and I bought what showed up) which i have no use for.  Found the correct part number in the manual, and ordered that....

But, where can I buy the battery ?   Read 'replacement' battery reviews saying their non-HP batteries show up with invalid warnings.

i have the same laptop with the same issue. i need a replacement battery as the one inside the laptop swelled up and started breaking apart the laptop itself. this laptop is fairly new and this is the first time i have ever encountered something like this.  Please reach out to me so that we can have this taken care of.

I am having the same issue. 

I can't find where to buy the battery. How HP does not sell parts of their own laptops? Especially Batteries. 

I'm very disappointed actually. 

My laptop won't turn on anymore.

Please add me to the list. I have the same issue, battery has swollen causing case to separate and space bar to work only when pressed in center.
