HP BS1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been getting regular BSOD's for the last two months and the problem is resolved when my battery is taken out. The battery seems to be working fine as it can still last over an hour.

Is the issue likely a battery issue or is it related to the motherboard? The laptop works fine when it is plugged straight to the mains.

I thought it was a software issue initially but did factory reset my PC and it has persisted.

@Eshlin

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting bluescreen error when the battery is connected.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
