I've got my two Spectre repaired whthin a week.  all expenses paid by HP.

What help do you need? You want help locating replacement motherboards first and then Manuals and videos or what?

I like to get my two burned motherboard notebooks repaired free of charge.  Where do I send the items?

One in last March purchased from Aamzon, other one from New Egg.  I am very upset because I am stuck with two exact same problems. Obviously, it is factory defect. I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you,
