DDR3 memory type not supporeted

Hi:

Most likely you have the wrong voltage memory installed.

Some notebooks must have DDR3L memory (1.35V) and some need DDR3 memory (1.5V).

Usually when you get that error, you have 1.5V memory in a notebook that is supposed to use 1.35V memory (DDR3L).

Hi,

It would be nice to try to help you, but your notebook is not identified as Corei3.

Take a look on the bottom of the notebook in the tiny print for the ProdID. Post it here in your next response in the thread.

The ProdID is the very same as the product number that we need to see what you have and how we can help you.

Take a read of Expert Huffer's post at the following link for more information.
