Hello everyone.

I had a strange issue with my hp laptop. Recently one of my rams on the laptop stopped responding and dimm slot didn't show it  however when i checked the rams one by one on other slot the laptop appeared to be fine and working ( total rams 16 gb 8x2 with 3200 ddr4)

I thought probably a hardware fault however going through the forums someone recommended a bios update to resolve the issue as ramm software detected the installed ram that window didn't show up or utilized ( also had the task bar setting for maximum ram unchecked ) anyhow i searched he hp website for the updated bios of my product version and when i installed the fans spun at full throttle and after a few minutes the screen went dead black. After countless tries win + b , win + v , v , b , esc , f6 , f10 im still not able to get the display back. I already have created a boot disk for bios version from hp website the usb goes by the name hp tools however no matter what i do i just simply cant get a slight display though laptop is powering up. Fans rotate and for a while I can still use keyboard response (as i can control keyboard backlight which is Fn + F5 key)

But the screen doesn't even show backlight and im still confused how can i do a hard reset? I cant see cmos battery i just need to get the display to reinstall the old bios version . Additionally i have also tried to check with external hdmi but that too was invain no caps lock lights blink or beep sounds etc can someone help me to get the system bios back is there a hard reset method by jumping or removing anything? I already did try to remove main battery for around an hour and still nothing happened. Please let me know what are the keys to get back to bios setup screen my laptop does have an integrated raedon graphics and an rtx3050

The specs are ryzen 7 5800h, 16gb 3200mhz ddr4, rtx 3050 4gb, nvme 512 gb

Please someone direct me in the right way to get this back up.

Thank you all for going through long post
