Hi I would like to ask 2 things 1. regarding Windows Upgade 2. Partions of C drive without formatting

Rightclick on Start, select diskmanagement and shrink the C-Partition to the amount you prefer. 120 GB for a C-Partition is usually enough. The rest will not be formatted.
(When you run the shrink procedure windows will create a new recovery partition when you run the next update)
