Laptop runs very slow

Hi:

 

Your notebook's 4 GB of memory meets the minimum W11 upgrade requirements.

 

If you want to add more memory, I recommend that you install this16 GB memory kit:

 

Crucial 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT2K8G4SFS824A | Crucial UK

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory upgrade info and memory removal and replacement procedure.

You could also benefit greatly by either replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD) or adding a M.2 SATA SSD in the available M.2 slot and use the existing 2.5" drive for storage only.
