If I open my computer cover (to upgrade the RAM and m2 SSD ) Is the warranty protects.

If the bottom shell is attached with screws, then opening does not, in and of itself, void the warranty.

 

If the shells are pressed together such that you have to pry them apart with a special tool, then yes -- opening it voids the warranty.
