Hi, the SSD EX950 2TB I bought on 08/29/2019 stopped working abruptly one week ago.
I have tried to check warranty and/or open a service ticket. But it is impossible to do so because the HP website says my serial number doesn't exist.
The SSD claims to have a 5 year warranty, thus it is still under warranty until the 29th of August 2024.
If anyone could help me, thank you.
