Product: Hp Laptop 17- by0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I close my laptop, the back where the hinges are comes up/sticks out. When the laptop is opened, the right top corner of the laptop is not connected to the base of the laptop.

Have hinges (not sold separately), see Reference (4) ...

Check for damages in hinges. If not have warranty you needed replaced.
