Thats the one! The 6570 and 6470 use interchangable parts.
Hope this helps!

Hey Martin,
You can add a second drive to this laptop. The optical drive can be replaced with a second hard drive or just be removed for weight saving. Check out number 21 on page 1 of the Quick reference guide:
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/14308_div/14308_div.PDF
The spec sheet never mentions using an SSD in that bay, just that it can be used for a" Second 500GB 7200 rpm SMART SATA II Hard Drive." (Page 😎
Hope this helps!

Thanks,
but which upgrade bay works with this model? is it this one? http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/me/en/sm/WF06c/A1-329290-329233-1834651-1834651-5263092-5263095.html (it says that it is compatible with the probook 6570 but it doesn't list 6470)

Hey Martin,
Thanks for the kudo. Best of luck with you new drive setup. You will definitely enjoy the SSD if you dont have one already. If you have any other questions just give me a shout!
