Keyboard keep disconnecting from the software. I have remove tablet from keyboard and reconnect to get it working

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Sign out of your Chromebook.
- Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
- Select Restart.
- In the box that appears, select Powerwash Continue.
- Follow the steps that appear and sign in with your Google Account. ...
- Once you've reset your Chromebook, restart your device and check.
