Keyboard stroke issues
01-13-2021 08:32 PM

When I type on my keyboard I get different letters. When I type the u, i and u appear. My backspace does not work at all. Also When I press the ? One of my windows pop open. Shift key is j. Is there anything I can do to fix this issue? I Uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard. I verified that the language was correct but I'm still having the same issue. Please help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the keyboard.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Is an external keyboard working fine?
Meanwhile, I recommend you remove the input language and add it again and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.
Press Windows logo + I keys on the keyboard to open the Settings page. Click on Time & language from the options and select Region & language from the left side panel of the window. Click on the keyboard language you want to remove under Languages and click on Remove.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I recommend you run a test on the keyboard following the steps in the below article.
