Has anyone had any luck getting support on this known USB-C charging issue?
There is clearly a hardware issue within the product line that, in my opinion, falls under the classification of a manufacturer's defect. Anyone have a success story or am I stuck with a beautiful looking 2-in-1 paperweight that doesn't charge and cannot run, even while plugged in?

Do you use a COMPATIBLE charger ? People say the following chargers are compatible
Still waiting official say from HP. HP has following product for Spectre machines:

Thanks for the reply. I am using the original charger provided with the laptop. I have tried others as well once the issue occurred to isolate a possible charger failure, but there is no charger that appears to work with the laptop.
