Product: Pavillion 15 p256nu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

As the title says, when i plug in a SD card nothing happens. There are a few unknown devices in device manager, which I suspect is for the SD card reader, but i can't find a download.

Hey there,

 

Most probably your realtek SD card driver has been outdated..!!

 

Try installing the updated version of the realtek SD card driver from here...
