Hello, I have two problems. I bought a new HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook with AMD Ryzen 7 7730U with Radeon Graphics.
I installed all the necessary drivers using HP Support and Chipset via AMD site, but I have a problem, the yellow triangles in my Device Manager are next to Media Controller and Unknown device. Based on the Hardware ID, I determined that the Media Controller is actually AMD Audio CoProcessor (ACP), and the Unknown device is HP Integrated Sensor Hub. Please help me solve this problem, guys, where can I find the drivers for it.
I will leave the hardware ID just in case, if I am wrong and if I still need something else, people here certainly know better than me.
For Media Controller is PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&SUBSYS_8BA5103C&REV_01 PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&SUBSYS_8BA5103C PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&CC_048000 PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2&CC_0480
For Unknown Device is ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0003 ACPI\HPIC0003 *HPIC0003

Hi:
See this discussion for the PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2 device:
For the ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0003 device, you need this driver as I posted a couple of weeks ago.
HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (B2ML8ES) Software and Driver Details
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file that shows driver support for that ID:
[HP.ntamd64.10.0...16299]
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC0003
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC000C
%DeviceDesc% = hpcustomcapdriver_Install.ntamd64, ACPI\HPIC0016
Try manually installing the driver from the device in the device manager if the auto install method doesn't work.
To do that, click on the ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0003 device in the device manager.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp153009.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
If you have installed the Realtek Bluetooth driver from your notebook's support page, then I wouldn't be able to help you with those BTHENUM devices.
The sound issue, I can't help you with either if you have installed the Realtek audio driver from your notebook's support page.

Hi:
For the PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_15E2 device, see if the information I provided at the link below helps:
missing driver for hp 255 G10 multimediacontroller ven_1022 ... - HP Support Community - 8949924
For the ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0003 device, you need this driver:

Hello, I followed the steps you sent me and I couldn't solve the problem. Now I have additional ones.
The exclamation marks are still there for the device, and now I have two additional ones with question marks. They are "gfps test" and rtk_vnd_spp".
For gfps test the hardware ID is:
BTHENUM\{df21fe2c-2515-4fdb-8886-f12c4d67927c}_VID&0001005d_PID&223b
BTHENUM\{df21fe2c-2515-4fdb-8886-f12c4d67927c}_LOCALMFG&005d
For rtk_vnd_spp is:
BTHENUM\{6a24eeab-4b65-4693-986b-3c26c352264f}_VID&0001005d_PID&223b
BTHENUM\{6a24eeab-4b65-4693-986b-3c26c352264f}_LOCALMFG&005d
I don't know what to do, and I have an additional problem with the sound, regardless of whether my level is set to 2, 15, or 100 the sound is the same.
