Can someone from HP contact me since you are very good to make it almost impossible for customers to contact you...
My laptop was bought in December, it is plagged with issues that i can't resolve.
The sound goes randomly from the headphones to the speakers, and then it is not possible to get it back to the headphones unless i restart it.
Videos can't be read after sleep, restart needed.
Videos are often in slow motion, restart needed
The processor frezees often, restart needed.
Is that supposed to be a high end laptop?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
