HP Envy 13 x360 13-AR0XXX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

WhatsApp Image 2020-11-06 at 19.35.29(1).jpegOkay this PC has been the worst decision in my life, I had to ask for a replacement device because the motherboard gave up just weeks after buying it and now the replacement product has a hinge issue 10 months into use, nah ha before you guys say off warranty, this looks like a common design flaw for all of the envy models.

This can't be MY usage fault, because literally every customer who brought the laptop ends up joining "we hate HP cult" because of the same reason, A broken hinge.

Now yeah I expect the standard reply from you guys, wait wait wait for it...
