Okay this PC has been the worst decision in my life, I had to ask for a replacement device because the motherboard gave up just weeks after buying it and now the replacement product has a hinge issue 10 months into use, nah ha before you guys say off warranty, this looks like a common design flaw for all of the envy models.
This can't be MY usage fault, because literally every customer who brought the laptop ends up joining "we hate HP cult" because of the same reason, A broken hinge.
Now yeah I expect the standard reply from you guys, wait wait wait for it...
"I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.

Now yeah fair disclaimer, if I end up suing HP, it's your fault not mine.
