I have an HP EliteOne 1000 G1 all in one desktop. My chip is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz.
If I'm streaming something it works fine while streaming. When I stop and close the browser my entire screen turns to snow. I have to hard boot it at hat point. Don't like that!
I assume this is an issue with the Intel 630 graphics built into the chipset. Any Help would be appreciated
Thanks
Leon

I was thinking that if you are not in a position to buy a new PC, before putting any money into it you should take it to a PC repair shop and get a professional opinion of what the problem is.
Then you can decide how to proceed based on the estimate to repair the problem.
If it is not the graphics chip on the motherboard, then you wasted a lot of money for nothing.
Maybe it is something else.
You may want to even try to reinstall Windows to see if that fixes the problem.

Hi:
That doesn't sound good to me, and it may be a hardware issue with the GPU that would require a motherboard replacement.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try manually updating the Intel graphics driver to the latest version directly from the Intel website.
The Intel driver is newer than the one HP has on your PC's support page:
I wrote a knowledge base article at the link below for how to do that:

You'd have to enter your PC's product number in the HP parts surfer website to find the replacement motherboard part number you need.

That's the system board with the Windows product key encrypted in the BIOS.
You can order a new one from the HP parts store at the link below...$362.10.
You will probably have to take the PC in to an authorized HP service center to have the system board's BIOS tattooed with your PC's information (product number, model number, serial number, etc.).
That is all the help I can provide.
If that happened to me, the PC would be going to my local PC repair shop for recycling.
