Thanks Paul. I actually had this service pack downloaded previously but I did it manually and it updated sucessfully. I am very grateful for your kind assistance. I know these are old and slower machines but they still have utility to many people who otherwise might not have any access.
The good you and others on this forum are doing spreds much farther than you may know.

I am running an old HP nc6400 (from 2006) on W10 v1803, and it works just fine, believe it or not.
The only thing that probably doesn't work is the fingerprint scanner, but I don't use that anyway.
The fingerprint sensor driver is installed though.
That notebook can run Windows 2000 through Windows 10. Pretty darn versatile, I would say.
I had to use some Vista drivers to get some of the devices to work.
I have even given XP drivers to some forum members to get old devices to work on W10.
Now you have extended the lifespan of your G60, and you can use it until the wheels fall off.
