Hi,

My laptop is working fine but the fan is causing some problems. I get the warning when I turn on the computer and I am using Speedfan to notice its speed and make sure that it is working or else the system gets shut-down.

I also want to replace the body because this one is falling apart, the bottom of it has cracks and the left hinge is about to come off. And I need a screen replacement too because there's a black mark on top left corner of it and it just wouldn't go.

I tried softwares like DeadPix but it didn't work.

So, I was wondering where I can order these parts online and can I replace it on my own Or maybe HP has a service agent that can help me replace these parts?

@SandhuMrt Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that Need to replace the Fan, Body, and Screen.

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and check for the support option . They will help you.

Or you can conatct the service center for repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
