How do I find the status of my warranty dispute case? I created the case on 11/14 and provided receipt information. After submitting the next screen stated I would receive a response in 1 business day. It is now 3 business and I haven't heard anything. This is very frustrating as the laptop isn't usable and need to make a warranty claim ASAP.
The email I received after creating the claim gave my the case number: [Personal Information Removed]. This is the only email I have received so far.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
