The boot drive in the laptop failed, so I replaced it and installed a fresh windows copy. Now the touchpad won’t scroll and the Windows won’t detect the fingerprint scanner. Also, I no longer have the copy of Office that came with the laptop.
I assume this is because I need some HP specific customizations/software, so what do I need to get the factory functionality back? I downloaded HP Support Assistant and it didn’t do anything useful, and Windows is up to date.

Hi:
There are hundreds of different model variations of HP x360 notebooks, and you are probably correct.
You need the drivers from your specific model series' support page in order for the touchpad to work properly.
Please post the full model number or product number of your notebook, so I can post the link to the applicable W10 driver page for it.
