Product: HP ProBook 4520s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am looking for the service manual for HP Probook 4520s but get a 404 page for the product.

The reason is that I wanted to upgrade my RAM, bought one, but it is not compatible with my laptop.

(Tried everything, another RAM with same specs, BIOS update, removing-replacing the CMOS battery... so it's not an issue with the RAM but rather a compatibility issue)

 

According to this archived question, my manual should be here

I would be grateful if I could get my hands on this manual to see the recommended RAM for an upgrade by the manufacturer.
The RAM I bought is a simple 4GB SODIMM PC3-10600 1333. 
This RAM can be recognized on BIOS when computer starts but memtest fails to even scan it. (just freezes)

Any kind of help would be much appreciated. I can provide any further info on my specs if that could help somehow.

Regarding the memory...it is extremely difficult to find the right memory that will work in any HP notebook with an Intel series 5 chipset.
